Would you like to know more about the world, the city and yourself? Welcome at Citizenne!

We organize courses, workshops, debates, excursions… from which inhabitants of Brussels and their daily life are our starting point and source of inspiration.
We are there for those who want to do something with their talents, dreams, ambitions and concerns.
Thus, together with other organizations, groups and communities, we build Brussels as an open city in a permanent evolution, a place where inhabitants feel involved and connected.
In short, Vormingplus Citizenne offers you courses with a little more ‘plus’ which makes the difference.

We are subsidized by the `Flemish Community’ and the `Flemish Community Commission’. All our activities are done in Dutch. Nevertheless, we use French as a support in most of our activities. This is the case for all activities advertised in Dutch and in French in this website. We do not provide support for activities advertised only in Dutch.

Our tariffs are adjusted to your incomes to allow you to take part to activities without any hindrances. If the minimal contribution were still too high for you, do not hesitate to contact us! We will then determine together a reasonable price.

Tariff A: substitution income
Tariff B: pensioned and students
Tariff C: full income

For some courses, you can use your training cheques. In this case, there is a notice with the course advertised.
